Dealer pricing
Approved dealers receive the dealer price list by email. Mix and match any models in a single order.
Payment
Payment is due up front by credit card or Venmo. We email an invoice after you place your order.
Shipping
Free shipping on orders of $1,500 or more. Otherwise, FOB Austin, Texas.
Advertised pricing
Dealers may not advertise RPM paddles below MSRP, online or in print.
Warranty
RPM warranties are handled directly by RPM Pickleball. Jade and Q2: limited lifetime warranty. Friction Pro V2: 1-year warranty, 2 claims.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos, and we will replace or credit the item.
Drop-ship
Available for approved dealers. Ask us for details.
Sales tax
Dealers buying for resale provide a valid resale certificate.
